1. Кто отвечает за приложение

Chatone — независимый клиент чата для Twitch с открытым исходным кодом. Его разрабатывает Rudione (github.com/Rudione/Chatone). Эта политика относится к приложению Chatone для Windows, macOS, Linux, Android и iOS и к сайту app.chatone.im.

Chatone не связан с Twitch Interactive, Inc. Ваш аккаунт Twitch и всё, что вы делаете на Twitch, регулируется политикой конфиденциальности Twitch.

2. Что хранится на устройстве

Всё перечисленное лежит только в памяти вашего устройства. У разработчика этих данных нет.

• Аккаунты Twitch: идентификатор, логин, отображаемое имя, ссылка на аватар, токены доступа и обновления, выданные права. Токены зашифрованы ключом системного хранилища: Android Keystore, Keychain на macOS и iOS, DPAPI на Windows, libsecret на Linux.
• Настройки: каналы и папки, внешний вид, кнопки модерации, макросы, команды, горячие клавиши, настройки плеера и уведомлений.
• История чата: ограниченный кэш последних сообщений открытых каналов, упоминания и журнал модерации — чтобы лента не пустела при переподключении.
• Ваши записи: заметки и локальные ники, которые вы даёте зрителям, правила локального автомода.
• ИИ-ассистент: выбранный провайдер и ваш API-ключ (в зашифрованном виде), история диалогов с ассистентом.

3. Какие данные уходят в интернет и кому

Chatone соединяется с сервисами напрямую со своего устройства. Каждый из них при запросе получает ваш IP-адрес и обрабатывает его по собственной политике конфиденциальности.

Кроме этих случаев приложение ничего никуда не отправляет. Разработчик не получает копий этих данных.

4. Доступ к аккаунту Twitch

Вход выполняется на странице Twitch, поэтому Chatone не видит ваш пароль. Twitch выдаёт токен с правами, которые показаны на экране подтверждения. Они нужны для функций приложения:

• chat:read chat:edit user:write:chat — читать и отправлять сообщения
• whispers:read whispers:edit user:manage:whispers — личные сообщения
• user:read:follows — вкладка «Подписки» в обзоре стримов
• user:read:emotes user:manage:chat_color user:read:moderated_channels — ваши эмоуты, цвет ника, каналы, где вы модератор
• user:read:blocked_users user:manage:blocked_users — список заблокированных пользователей
• moderator:* channel:moderate — инструменты модерации в каналах, где вы модератор
• channel:* — опросы, прогнозы, награды за баллы, рейды и модераторы на вашем собственном канале

Приложение использует токен только для запросов, которые вы делаете в интерфейсе. Отозвать доступ можно в приложении, удалив аккаунт, или в настройках подключений Twitch.

5. Разрешения на Android

• Интернет и состояние сети — для соединения с Twitch и сервисами выше.
• Уведомления — упоминания, личные сообщения и начало стримов. Можно запретить в системе.
• Работа в фоне (foreground service) — только если вы включили фоновое подключение к чату, чтобы получать упоминания при свёрнутом приложении. Пока оно работает, в шторке висит уведомление с кнопкой остановки.
• Выбор файлов — только те файлы, которые вы сами выбираете, например картинку для отправки или фон чата.

Chatone не запрашивает доступ к местоположению, контактам, камере, микрофону и не читает другие приложения.

6. Сайт app.chatone.im

• Сайт размещён на Vercel. При каждом запросе Vercel обрабатывает технические данные: IP-адрес, страну по IP и заголовки браузера. Посетителей из России сайт по стране перенаправляет на зеркало ru-app.chatone.im.
• Для общей статистики посещений используются Vercel Web Analytics и Speed Insights. Они не ставят cookie и показывают только обезличенные сводные цифры.
• Список сборок загружается вашим браузером напрямую из GitHub.
• Популярные стримы на главной сервер сайта получает из Twitch API и подбирает по стране, определённой по IP. Аватарки стримеров ваш браузер загружает напрямую с серверов Twitch.
• Страница входа работает в вашем браузере и общается только с Twitch. Строка входа шифруется для вашей копии приложения и нигде не сохраняется.
• Выбранный язык запоминается в памяти браузера (localStorage) и никуда не отправляется.

7. Хранение и удаление

• Данные на устройстве хранятся, пока вы их не удалите.
• Удаление аккаунта в приложении стирает его с устройства и отзывает токен у Twitch.
• Очистка данных приложения или его удаление стирает всё, что Chatone сохранил.
• При экспорте настроек токены и ключи в файл не попадают.
• Данными, которые хранят Twitch и другие сервисы, управляют они сами — по своим правилам.

8. Безопасность

Всё сетевое взаимодействие идёт по HTTPS и WSS. Токены и ключи хранятся в зашифрованном виде. Обновления десктоп-версии подписаны. Исходный код открыт, и любой может проверить, как приложение обращается с данными.

9. Дети

Twitch разрешает пользоваться сервисом с 13 лет. Chatone не предназначен для детей младше 13 лет и сознательно не обрабатывает их данные.

10. Ваши права

Вы полностью управляете данными на своём устройстве и можете удалить их в любой момент. Поскольку у разработчика нет ваших данных, запросы на доступ, исправление или удаление данных, которые хранят Twitch и другие сервисы, направляйте им. Если у вас есть вопросы о Chatone, напишите нам.

11. Изменения политики

Если приложение начнёт обращаться с данными иначе, мы обновим эту страницу и дату вверху. Существенные изменения будут отмечены в описании релиза.

1. Who is responsible

Chatone is an independent, open-source chat client for Twitch developed by Rudione (github.com/Rudione/Chatone). This policy covers the Chatone app for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS, and the app.chatone.im website.

Chatone is not affiliated with Twitch Interactive, Inc. Your Twitch account and everything you do on Twitch are governed by the Twitch Privacy Notice.

2. What stays on your device

Everything below is kept only in your device's storage. The developer has no copy of it.

• Twitch accounts: user ID, login, display name, avatar link, access and refresh tokens, granted permissions. Tokens are encrypted with a key from the system store: Android Keystore, Keychain on macOS and iOS, DPAPI on Windows, libsecret on Linux.
• Settings: channels and folders, appearance, moderation buttons, macros, commands, hotkeys, player and notification preferences.
• Chat history: a limited cache of recent messages in open channels, mentions and the moderation log, so the feed isn't empty after a reconnect.
• Your notes: notes and local nicknames you give to viewers, local automod rules.
• AI assistant: the provider you picked and your API key (encrypted), and your conversations with the assistant.

3. What goes online and to whom

Chatone connects to these services directly from your device. Each of them receives your IP address with every request and handles it under its own privacy policy.

Apart from these cases the app sends nothing anywhere. The developer never receives a copy of this data.

4. Access to your Twitch account

You sign in on Twitch's own page, so Chatone never sees your password. Twitch issues a token with the permissions shown on its consent screen. They power the app's features:

• chat:read chat:edit user:write:chat — read and send messages
• whispers:read whispers:edit user:manage:whispers — whispers
• user:read:follows — the Following tab in Explore
• user:read:emotes user:manage:chat_color user:read:moderated_channels — your emotes, name color and the channels you moderate
• user:read:blocked_users user:manage:blocked_users — your block list
• moderator:* channel:moderate — moderation tools in channels where you are a moderator
• channel:* — polls, predictions, channel point rewards, raids and moderators on your own channel

The app uses the token only for requests you make in its interface. You can revoke access by removing the account in the app or in your Twitch connections settings.

5. Android permissions

• Internet and network state — to connect to Twitch and the services above.
• Notifications — mentions, whispers and stream-start alerts. You can turn them off in system settings.
• Foreground service — only if you enable the background chat connection, to keep receiving mentions while the app is minimized. While it runs, a notification with a stop button stays in the shade.
• File picker — only the files you choose yourself, such as an image to send or a chat wallpaper.

Chatone does not ask for your location, contacts, camera or microphone, and does not read other apps.

6. The app.chatone.im website

• The website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel processes technical request data: IP address, the country derived from it and browser headers. Visitors from Russia are redirected by country to the ru-app.chatone.im mirror.
• Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights provide overall visit statistics. They set no cookies and show only anonymous, aggregated numbers.
• The list of builds is loaded by your browser directly from GitHub.
• The popular streams on the home page are fetched by the site's server from the Twitch API and picked by the country derived from your IP. Streamer avatars are loaded by your browser directly from Twitch servers.
• The sign-in page runs in your browser and talks only to Twitch. The sign-in line is encrypted for your copy of the app and is not stored anywhere.
• Your language choice is remembered in your browser's storage (localStorage) and is not sent anywhere.

7. Retention and deletion

• Data on your device stays until you delete it.
• Removing an account in the app erases it from the device and revokes the token with Twitch.
• Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it erases everything Chatone stored.
• Exported settings files never include tokens or keys.
• Data held by Twitch and other services is managed by them under their own terms.

8. Security

All network traffic uses HTTPS and WSS. Tokens and keys are stored encrypted. Desktop updates are signed. The source code is open, so anyone can check how the app handles data.

9. Children

Twitch requires users to be at least 13. Chatone is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly process their data.

10. Your rights

You fully control the data on your device and can delete it at any time. Since the developer holds none of your data, requests to access, correct or delete data held by Twitch or other services should go to those services. If you have questions about Chatone, contact us.

11. Changes to this policy

If the way the app handles data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted in the release notes.
